All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lovely Plates does not store or have access to your full payment details. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your digital product download link or access details. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address when completing your purchase.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery of digital products is automatic and typically occurs immediately after a successful transaction. In some cases, email delivery may take several minutes. If you do not receive your digital product within one hour of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

4. No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Once the product has been delivered via email or made available for download, it cannot be “returned,” and we have no way to verify whether the file has been accessed or not.

By purchasing digital content from Lovely Plates, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once the product has been delivered.
